Cancelation Policy: All cancelations are subject to a 20% service charge; Membership payments included in your registration are not refundable for any reason. Cancelations must be in writing to the SRA Secretariat. Cancelation letters received by 10/30 will be refunded total registration fees minus the 20% service charge. No refunds will be issued for cancelations received after 10/30. See complete cancelations policy in preliminary program. If you have questions, please email meetings@sra.org.
